Camera-free workflow emulator · v0.4
Local-first · CR3 originals untouched

Ingest → Star → Evergreen v1 → Auto-save JPEG + XMP → Optional delivery

Starred RAW files automatically receive an editable Adobe Camera Raw XMP sidecar in the local library, even without a JPEG proxy. Browser-decodable previews also produce JPEG approximations. All work stays on the device until you explicitly export a ZIP or choose Dropbox delivery. Genuine CR3 sensor development is not available yet.

A browser cannot be relied on to decode Canon CR3 sensor data. A same-named JPEG companion is a visual proxy, not a true RAW develop. The workflow records and preserves the RAW association.

2. Evergreen v1 + XMP

0 selected
Evergreen v1 - Adobe Color · Exposure 0 / Contrast +4 / Highlights -83 / Shadows +23 / Whites -39 / Blacks -43 / WB As Shot. The curve shown here is an approximation; exact curve and HSL values require a genuine ACR-exported XMP. Unspecified HSL values default to 0.

No reference loaded · subtle S-curve approximated and HSL unchanged.

Automatic local save is ON. Finished JPEGs and XMP sidecars are written to the app's device-local delivery library without another tap. This is browser-private storage, not the visible Files app, and iOS can erase website data under certain conditions.

The JPEG preview is a browser approximation, NOT Adobe Camera Raw rendering. XMP is a metadata sidecar; Adobe profile and curve compatibility must be verified by opening a paired CR3 in ACR. Browser conversion does NOT recover RAW highlight recovery, as-shot RAW white balance, Adobe HSL, or CR3 demosaicing. Unchanged camera white balance is the default; warmth simulates a temperature adjustment to the JPEG. A genuine local RAW engine is still required. The final RAW engine is a separate integration milestone.

Prototype scope: local, foreground, mobile-browser testing. New JPEGs persist in this website’s private IndexedDB storage, not the Files app, and could be removed if browser website data is cleared or evicted. Source files and ratings remain session-only. Download a ZIP for an independent backup. No files are uploaded until you explicitly use Dropbox.
